Standard

Our Standard MaxCell product is a multipurpose answer for the difficult issues faced by today’s engineers, contractors, and network suppliers. Engineered from internally designed and produced material, this model delivers superior results over existing rigid innerduct:

• Melt point of 419 °F – almost 2X of HDPE
• Resilient to ground chemicals and petroleum products
• Pre-lubed for decreased friction during MaxCell and cable installation

Standard MaxCell is offered in sizes ranging from 1.1″ to 4″, and in 1, 2 and 3-Cell configurations – allowing you the flexibility to choose the proper product for your system and application.

Fire Resistant

UL Listed Plenum & Riser Rated MaxCell

MaxCell’s Plenum and Riser rated innerduct is a Low Smoke Zero Halogen version for use in premise cabling. This product offers multiple low friction pathways for installation of numerous cables in various building environments – including air handling space, raised floors, cable trays and riser ducts.

Plenum & Riser rated MaxCell give you the capability of incremental deployment of cables as necessary, along with simple removal of obsolete or abandoned cables.

Plenum MaxCell is offered in sizesranging from Micro to 3” 3-Cell, while Riser is offered in sizes ranging from Micro to 4”. All products meet the requirements of Underwriters Laboratory standard Test Method No. 2024A.

Detectable

Detectable MaxCell is constructed like our standard innerduct product, however, it encompasses an 18 gauge copper tracer wire implanted in the edge for use in underground utility location.

Detectable MaxCell’s copper tracer wire is embedded in the MaxCell product ensuring that it will need entangle or impede your installation or create any additional cable tension. The wire is permanent and will not be removed as is the case with detectable pulling tapes. In addition, the wire is protected – this means no damage to it or the cables and ensuring locate ability for years to come.

Detectable MaxCell is available in sizes from micro to 4″.

Micro

Along with our core MaxCell products, there are now numerous versions of Micro MaxCell products for use in 1.0” to 2.0” conduits. Engineered for use in FTTX functions, this smaller version is perfect for:

• Underground and aerial ducts
• MDU environments where frequent entry in conduit is necessary
• Remote terminals, pedestals and CEV’s

Micro MaxCell products can be used to create additional pathways in small conduits for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Signalization projects.
